An Amazon series seeks actors for background roles, for a shoot in New York City—and the gig is paid!
“The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel,” from “Gilmore Girls” creator Amy Sherman-Palladino, is casting union and nonunion talent for shoots in June and July.
Under the direction of Grant Wilfley Casting, actors ages 18–34 are sought to depict 1950s college students, while talent ages 18–30 is needed to portray department store workers and party goers.
The hired actors will be compensated at a standard SAG-AFTRA background rate of $154/12 hours.
